Typical summertime flavors include cantaloupe, hibiscus, and tamarind. But aguas frescas aren’t just for summer—who’s to say you can’t have your favorite sweet drink in the cold months as well?

Ingredients:

  • Water
  • Figs
  • Honey
  • Sugar

Directions:

  1. Blend the figs in a blender and pour through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher
  2. Add water
  3. Add honey and sugar until you’ve reached the flavor and sweetness you want
  4. Garnish with fig slices
